Brody Westmoreland, vice president at Bear Real Estate Advisors, is passionate about connecting with others. It’s this passion that propels him forward in creating partnerships and relationships with his clients and helping to grow Bear’s market share.

Before joining Bear, Brody was an associate at Logic Commercial Real Estate, where he specialized in tenant and landlord representation. During his two years at Logic, Brody helped close more than $155 million in transactions. Brody brought a strategic approach providing his clients with the creative solutions to get the deals done.

Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Brody played professional baseball for Major League Baseball’s Houston Astros. This sports background has provided Brody with a good skillset early in his real estate career. He remains active in sports and enjoys traveling and hiking as well as staying active on the weekends with his wife and dog.

Brody is currently attending UNLV Business School and is set to graduate in the Fall of 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Real Estate.
