Alexandria (“Alex”) Keser joined Bear Real Estate Advisors as director of operations in January 2018. She leads, coordinates and organizes all aspects of client experience from transaction organization to marketing initiatives, and everything in between. In her current role, Alex ensures that every detail of each company project is focused on the client’s goal of perfect execution. She embodies the company culture of integrity first, client appreciation and a commitment to excellence.

Prior to joining Bear Real Estate Advisors, Alex served as an administrative assistant at CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate firm. She served retail teams and the medical office team, with landlord and tenant representation and property sales. Alex obtained her Nevada real estate license in November 2015 to further assist her teams in leasing and sales transactions.

Alex is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly a decade of industry experience. She spent the first four years of her career as a licensed community manager, supervising the residential operations of some of Las Vegas’ most well-known luxury high-rise condominium buildings and leading teams of 15 to 20 professionals to ensure smooth operations for both the employees and residents.
